-really friendly staff -great breakfast buffet included in the room rate -nice pool, although it only got direct sun in the morning -hotel rooms were nicely redone and cheery
-there was noisy construction during our stay that woke us up each morning -the elevator was always occupied by the construction workers, so only stay here if you are able and willing to take the stairs -the drain was clogged in our shower and always overflowed -the taxi drivers had a hard time finding this location because of the many franjipani hotels in town

There are friendly and honest staff here. I forgot my ring at the hotel. WhenI remembered about it, I returned in the hotel and staffs gave me my ring.
In the room there was a very inconveniently located conditioner - blew cold air on the sleeping person.
